Swyer-James Syndrome
Swyer-James-MacLeod syndrome
Swyer-James syndrome is a rare condition in which one lung, or a portion of one lung, does not grow normally and is slightly smaller than the opposite lung, usually following bronchiolitis in childhood. Affected individuals may not have any symptoms, but more commonly, may have recurrent pulmonary infections. Learn what causes this syndrome.
